David Pusch

C.E.O and Co-Founder

David has nearly a decade of experience as a senior developer and project team lead. As lead technical developer and owner his role is to manage our development team. He works closely with clients to gather requirements, produce design and architecture documents, develop SEO strategies and tactics and develop applications. David moves easily between the roles of developer to technical strategist to company head. His calm, analytical approach keeps our team on track and on schedule. Bruce Pusch

President and Co-Founder

More than 20 years in the IS/IT area. Dedicated to pursuing IT excellence in all of its application possibilities. An extensive background covers a several key areas of an IS/IT career. Career spans international borders, and different business environments and levels of responsibility (manufacturing, banking, accounting, finance , logistics / distribution, laboratories, healthcare,– legacy and ERP systems (SAP and JDEdwards), out-sourcing, shop floor, LIMS, data acquisition, PLC integration, project team and business management). A significant knowledge of database systems and OLAP technologies – turning transactional data into key business information -Scorecard foundations. Enthusiastic about the IS/IT profession and business leverage opportunities. Continually attempts to pursue business excellence (Best Demonstrated Practices) in applying IS/IT technology and VIP (Value Improvement Projects) to the real world.

For more than ten years was Managing Director of an IBM business solution partner business called MCCS based in Belgium.  MCCS (Management Consulting and Computer Systems) specialized in RS6000 and PC systems and had several vertical offerings that included AIX-LIMS, COSYS and CDS for food, healthcare, petroleum and pharmaceutical industry.  Customers included Nestle, TotalFina, Petrofina, Baxter Healthcare, Paribas, Clark Automotive, Klabin Forest Products and others. MCCS implementations were feature articles a number of times in the IBM Journal published in Belgium and the UK.  Here in Canada, Bruce has done various IT consulting work for the RBC, Manulife, GSK, Apotex and Baxter Healthcare and Insception Biosciences.

Anthony Roberts

Associate - Head of Development

Anthony is our developer with an abundance of experience in many different project types and architectures. He brings the easy-going hard working Australian nature to the table, along with a love of problem solving and excellent communication skills.

Working professionally in the IT industry since 2003, and having developed experience in a variety of technologies and methodologies through all areas of the software development lifecycle. Anthony thrives on complex problem solving tasks, always eager to learn new concepts and technologies to get the task done. The major thing that sets Anthony apart from many other developers is the innate ability to articulate or translate technical aspects of a project to non-technical people – he has excellent business analysis and communications skills.
